purposes of installation, maintenance, and operation of a spring development and
appurtenances including 1 or 2 pipelines for delivery of stock water, and domestic and

2. Disturbed scil shall be treated to control noxious weeds.
3. Easement to be eight (8) feet wide with no more disturbance than necessary, working
around trees where possible and reseeding with grass where soil is disturbed.
4. Stock water tank water level to be float controlled.
Said easement is situated in Lincoln County, in the State of Wyoming and is more particularly
described as follows. See also attached map for general location (location is approximate until
actually installed.) ~
