KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that KRISTY B. UA Y aJk/a
KRlSTY A. DAY, a single person, GRANTOR for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other vah,lable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto DARIN F. DA Y, a
single person, GRANTEE, and his heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest
property, possession, claim, and demand as she may have or ought to have in and to all of the
following described property, to wit:
That part of Section 30, T33N R1l8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described on Exhibit A entitled "DESCRIPTION FOR V ALOY S. PORTER
PARCEL A-I", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
