QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that T-COVENANT, INC., a
Wyoming Corporation, P.o. Box 1010, Thayne, Wyoming 83121, GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto
HAROLD D. BARBER alkJa DEAN BARBER and BEVERLY 1. J, BARBER alkJa
BEVERLY BARBER, TRUSTEES of The Barber Family Trust dated December 11, 1993, as
amended, c/o P.O. Box 421, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEES, and their successors and
assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as it may
have or ought to have in and to all of the following described property, to wit:
That property that is described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on April 11, 2002, in Book 487 PR at Pages 163
and 164 as Instrument No. 880212, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
Excepting therefrom that portion of the property that is described in the property
description entitled "Description: T-Covenant Adjusted", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Also excepting therefrom that portion of the property that is described in the
Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on
November 18, 2004, in Book 573 PR at Pages 15 and 16 as Receiving No. 904674, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. '
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights,
and rights-of-way of sight and/or of record.
