QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that VON K. MERRITT and
SAUNDRA J, MERRITT, husband and wife, of Grover, Wyoming, GRANTORS, for
and in consideration ofTen ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to
GEORGE K. MERRITT and WINIFRED P. MERRITT, husband and wife, of 1059
North 300 East, Centerville, UT 84014, GRANTEES, the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving'
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
See Exlúbit "A" as attached and made a part hereof.
GRANTORS, their heirs, successors and assigns herein expressly reserve a sixty
(60) foot wide road right-of-way along the south boundary of the property
described in Exlúbit "A"_
