WARRANTY DEED:
Von K. Merritt and Saundra J. Merritt, husband and wife, grantors of the County
of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to THE VON K. MERRITT and .
SAUNDRA J. MERRITT TRUST, dated July ai!2006, Von K. Merritt and Saundra J.
Merritt, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
See attached"Exhibit A" made part of this document by reference and
incorporation.
Subject to easements and restrictions of record.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
ttiereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.

Lot 1 and the East 30 feet of Lot 2, all of Block 8 of the Town of Grover,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
LESS AND EXCEPT the parcel of land deeded to The Grover Water and Sewer District
in the Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 319PR on page 1 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk, being more particularly described as follows: .
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of Block 8 of the Grover Townsite,
Lmcoln County, Wyoming and running thence .West 33 feet along the
South line of said Lot 1;
thence North 33 feet;
thence East· 33 feet to the East line of Lot 1;
thence South 33 feet to the point of beginning.
