QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the GARDNER RANCH,
INC., a Wyoming Corporation, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantor(s), for and
in consideration ofTen (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEy and QUIT CLAIM to: GEORGE K.
MERRITI and WINIFRED P. MERlUTI, Husband and Wife, and VON K. MERRITI
and SAUNDRA 1. MERRITT, Husband and Wife, Grantee(s), all as joint tenants with
rights of survivorship, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
