WARRANTY DEED
WILLIAM A. CALL,
as Sole Owner,
grantor of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
CALL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS, INC,
a Wyoming Corporation,
grantee, whose address is 1610 Allred Road, Afton, WY 83110
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
A portion of the Henderson property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 352PR
on page 450, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, withi~ the
NlhNW~ of Section 7, T31N R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
metes and bounds being more particularly described follows:
BEGINNING at the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1977 location for the Northwest Corner of the
NE~ of Section 7 and running thence S 0°37'20" W, along the West line of said NE~, 1321.90
feet to the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1978 location for the Northeast Corner of the SlhNW~,
of said Section 7;
thence N 89°51'33" W, along the North line of said S1hNW~, 1075.47 feet to a Point
in the Easterly line of the Parcel No. 1 of the State Highway Commission
property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 116PR on page 83, with
said Office;
thence N 36°17'09" W, along said Easterly line, 1626.23 feet to the Southwest Corner
of the Lincoln County property. as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
451PR on page 44, with said Office;
thence S 89°48'48" E, along the South line of said Lincoln County property, and it's
Easterly prolongation, 1651.24 feet;
thence Nl °00'19" W, 15.00 feet to a Point in the South line of the SW~ of Section 6,
of said T31N R118W, being the Southwest Right-of-Way corner of Lot 3 of the
Westview Village Subdivision, as shown on Plat 222, recorded with said Office;
thence S 89°48'48" E, along said South line, 401.28 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 47.07 acres, more or less.
