WYOMING LIEN STATEMENT
THE UNDERSIGNED LIEN CLAIMANT, pursuant to Title 29, chapters 1 and 2 of the
Wyoming'Statutes, is filing this Lien Statement at the Office of the County Clerk for the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as a claim and lien on property and for matters
described and referred to herein as follows:
(1) Tripp Builders, Inc., whose address is P.O. Box 4380, Bedford, Wyoming, 83112, is
the Lien Claimant and person/business seeking to enforce this Lien.
(2) The amount of the claim for this lien is that is due and owning to the Lien
Claimant is Seventeen Thousand, Seven Hundred, Sixty Two Dollars and 46/100
($17,762.46) plus any accrued interest.
(3) The names and address ofthe persons against whose property this lien is filed is
Richard B. Odemar, Trustee of the GROL Trust Dated November 1,1999, PO Box
950, Thayne, WY 83127 as owners of the property located at 11082 Duffm Circle,
Thayne, Wyoming legally described as Lot 32 of Riverview Ranchettes Second
Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming
(4) The itemized list of materials and work performed is attached hereto as Exhibits A
andB.
(5) The name ofthe persons against whom the lien claim is made is See No.3, above..
(6) The last date when labor was last performed by the lien claimant was on or about
January 27, 2006.
(7) The legal description of the premises where the work was performed is: Please see
attached Warranty Deed marked as Exhibit C.
