Kenneth D. Naylor and Katherine F. Naylor, Husband and Wife,
grantors of Sandy, State of Utah, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable
Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Convey and Warrant To
Dorel Lynn Roberts and Diana Roberts, Husband and Wife,
grantee(s), whose address is: PO Box 6177 Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 the following described real estate, situate
in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
That part of Lot 35 of Alpine Village Subdivision No.1, Plat 2 Amended of record in the Office of the Qerk of
Lincoln County as Plat No. 264, within the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and within the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 305 of Photostatic Reœrds
on page 390, described as folJows:
BEGINNING at the most Southern comer of said lot 35, on the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Alpine Village
Circle;
thence North 21°13.4' West; the Base Bearing for this survey, 295.67 feet, along said Northeasterly right-of-way
line, to a point;
thence North 68°45.4' East, 523.03 feet to a corner common to Lot 34 of said SubdMsion and said Lot 35 on an
Easterly boundary of said Subdivision;
thence South 00°07.6' East, 320.75 feet, along said Subdivision boundary line, to the Southeaaterly comer of said
Lot 35;
thence South 69°15.8' West,407.59 feet, along the Lot line common to said Lot 35 and Lot 36 of said Subdivision,
to the CORNER OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
