Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
The westerly one-half of Lot 12 of Block 14 of the Original Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows:, '
Beginning at a point on the South boundary line of said Block 14, 70 feet westerly
from the Southeast corner of said Lot 12 and running thence Westerly along the
Southerly boundary line, a distance of 70 feet to the alley;
Thence Northerly along the Westerly boundary line of said Lot 12, a distance of
50 feet to the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 12;
Thence Easterly along said Northerly boundary line a distance of 70 feet;
Thence Southerly at right angles, a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
