RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of March 17,
2006, executed by Wayne Craig Davis and Joanne Marie Davis, Husband and Wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security foqhe payment of$76,310.00,
which mortgage was recorded in the office ofthe County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 23rd of March, 2006, in Book 614 of Mortgages, at
Page 828 as Document number 916854 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 26th day of July,
2006.
