AFFIDA VIT AFFECTING TITLE
I, Susie Hawkes, President of Land Title Company, being duly sworn on oath
depose and state as follows:
1. That the following described real property was conveyed to David J. Bachmann
and Trinidad Bachmann in Corporate Warranty Deed, recorded 11-25-03 Book
542 P.R., Page 374
Lot 49, Leon Livingston Subdivision, as shown by the official plat of said
subdivision filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming and
being situate in Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 118 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian.
2. That, Gloria K. Byers' signature is affixed as the Notary Public. The notary
acknowledgment contained in said Warranty Deed is incorrect, as the dàte is
recited as 21 st day of November A.D. 200. It in fact should recite: 21 st day of
November, 2003.
3. That, Gloria K. Byers' was employed by Land Title Company as a closíng
agent at the time of acknowledgment of said deed and that Gloria K. Byers made
an apparent typographical error when acknowledging said deed.
3. That th.isAffidavit is made in conformance with Wyoming Statute 34-11-101.

to me personally known who, being by me duly sworn, did say that she is the
President of Land Title Company and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the
corporate seal of said corporation, and that said instrument was signed and sealed
on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said
instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
