AFFIDA VIT
RITA B. HAWS, daughter of Bruno P. Bonicelli and Dahlia E. Bonicelli, oflawful age,
being first duly sworn upon her oath according to law, deposes and says:
1. Bruno Paul Bonicelli, also known as Bruno P. Bonicelli, died at Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, on May 27,2004.
2. Bruno P. Bonicelli and Dahlia E. Bonicelli were married to each other on the 26th day
of August, 1939 at Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming.
3. On the 22nd day of April 1975, Bruno P. Bonicelli and DaWia E. Bonicélli, husband
and wife, as tenants by the entireties, purchased the following described real property from Amabile
G. Bonicelli, also known as Amabile Bonicelli, Mable Bonicelli, and Mabel Bonicelli:
Parcel 117 of the Town of Diamondville, Wyoming, as shown upon the plat therepf
dated August 31, 1942, containing 7500 square feet, more or less,
Also, Parcel 118 of the Town of Diamondville, Wyoming, as shown upon the plat
thereof dated August 31, 1942, containing 7500 square feet, more or less, and
A portion of Parcel 135 ofthe Resurvey, Town of Diamondville, beginning at Comer
No.1 of said Parcel 135; thence South 11°10' East, 169.35 feet, along the easterly
boundary line of said Parcel 135 to a point; thence South 78°50' West, 60.00 feet to
a point on the westerly boundary line of said Parcel 135; thence North 11 °10' West,
169.35 feet along the westerly boundary line of said Parcel 135 to a point; thence
North 78°50' East, 60.00 feet along the northerly boundary line of said Parcel 135 to
the point of beginning.
4. Amabile G. Bonicelli, also known as Amabile Bonicelli, Mable Bonicelli and Mabel
Bonicelli, a widow, duly and regularly executed and delivered a Warranty Deed dated April 22,
1975, in favor of Bruno P. Bonicelli and Dahlia E. Bonicelli, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, Grantees, which Warranty Deed was filed for record in the office of the County Clerk
within and for Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book 147PR, Page 7, Reception No. 509971.
5. At the time of said purchase, and the execution and delivery of the above-described
Warranty Deed, the conveyance of the real property hereinabove described was made to Bruno P.
Bonicelli and Dahlia E. Bonicelli, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, which created an
estate by the entireties, and they owned and held the title to said real property as such husband and
wife continuously from said April 22, 1975, until the death of Bruno P. Bonicelli on May 27, 2004.
6. Dahlia E. Bonicelli survived Bruno P. Bonicelli, and by virtue thereof, said estate by
the entireties vested in her upon the death of Bruno P. Bonicelli, and that she then became the owner
in fee simple of all the real property held as such tenants by the entireties hereinbefore particularly
described.
7. This affidavit is made in accordance with the provisions of Section 2-9-102,
Wyoming Statutes, and that the Certificate of Death hereunto annexed, and by this reference made
a part of this affidavit, is a copy of the official death certificate of the decedent, Bruno P. Bonicelli,
certified to by the public authority in which such original death certificate is made of record.
