Wyoming 83113, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($lO.OO)'and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, CONVEY AND WARRANT to P A ITI
WRIGHT, of P.O. Box 4675, Whitefish, Montana 59937, GRANTEE, as tenants by the entirety,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to-wit:
Lot 78 and 79 of the Eiden Addition to the Town of La Barge, Wyoming,. Lincoln
County, WyoIning, as the same appears on the official plat thereof filed for record in the
office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyomirig;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereto appertaining;
SUBJECT TO prior mineral reservations of record; and
SUBJECT Tq easements and rights of way of record, in use and of sight.
