QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ROBERT VALENTINE, a
single person, grantor of County of Lincoln, and State of W.yoming, for and in

consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and
forever quitclaimed unto the said BURKE 1. VALENTINE and HEIDI B. VALENTINE,
husba'nd and wife, grantees,their heirs assigns forever, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to
all the following described property, to-wit:

appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

Description: Robert Valentine Family Exemption
A portion of the Valentine property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
591, on Page 811, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, :
within Section 14, T31N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the Valentine mortgage property as
referred to in the mortgage recorded in Book 591, on Page 812 with said Office,
said point being 782.4T N89°32'54"E along the North Line of Section 23 said
T31 N, R11 9W, and 26S.S8' NooOTOO"E along the West Line of the Brough
property as referred to in the deed recorded in Book 283PR, on Page SO with
said Office from the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164 19S0 location for the Northwest
Corner of the NW1/4NE1/4 of said Section 14 to the Point of Beginning;
thence SS9°32'49"W, along the North Line of said Valentine mortgage property,
250.00 feet; thence NooOTOO"E, parallel with said West Line, 1,050.31 feet to a
point on the South Line of the NW1/4SE1/4 of said Section 14; thence
NS9°33'20"E along said South Line, 250.00 feet to a point in said West
Line; thence SooOTOO"W along said West Line, 1,050.27 feet, to the Point of
Beginning, containing 6.03± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: A 30 feet wide Right-of-Way easement as
referred to in Book 397PR, on Page 750, with said Office.
