Warranty Deed
NTC Land, LC, a Utah Limited Liability Company, grantor(s) of Ogden, State of Utah, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do (es) Convey Warrant To Fredric T Campbell and Sharon 1-\. Campbell
grantee(s), whose address is: 770 N. Bonita Way, Centerville, Utah the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 7 of Country Vista Phase 2 Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat filed on January 7, 2004 as Instrument No. 896472 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
