QUIT CLAIM DEED
This Indenture, Executed this 20 th day of J.:.c., e, 2006 between The Alice Olsen Tait Trust of May 7,
2003, Nancy Sara Worth, Trustee of 17661 North 5200 Place, Scottsdale, Arizona of the County of
Maricopa and State of Arizona,the party of the first part, and Nancy Sara Olsen Worth, David M. Olsen,
Beverlee and Rand Kim Olsen, Patricia and Edward T. Alter, as Tenants in Common, the parties of the
second part.
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for good consideration and for the sum of $10.00 paid by the said
second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim
unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest and claim which the said first party has in
and to the following described parcel of land, and improvements and appurtenances thereto in the County
of Lincoln, State öf Wyoming, to wit:
LOT FIFTY-SIX (56) IN STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT SIX (6) AS PLATTED AND RECORDED IN THE
OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
