ASSIGNMENT OF OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTEREST
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That, B S & B Oil Company, P,O. Box 2331, Casper, Wyoming 82602 (herein-after
called Assignor) for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ,,($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by BJ Royalty, LLC P.O, Box 2331, Casper, Wyoming
82602 (hereinafter called Assignee) the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, has and does hereby grant, bargain, transfer, sell and assign unto the said
Assignee, its successors and assigns, effective as of 7:00 A. M., local time August 1,2006 an
undivided sixty two and one half percent( 62.5%) of all Assignor's right, title and interests in
and to those certain overriding royalty interests on all oil, gas and other liquified
hydrocarbons which may be produced, saved and sold pursuant to the provisions of those oil
and gas leases set out and described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
THIS Assignment is made subject to all valid unitization, pooling, communitization
agreements, division orders and / or transfer orders to which said interests are subject to as of
the date of this Assignment,
IT IS the intent to convey an undivided sixty two and one half percent( 62.5%) of all
right, title and interests owned by assignor on the effective date of this Assignment and
Assignor agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver any such instruments as may be necessary
to carry out the purpose and intent of this Assignment,
TO Have And To Hold said interests unto Assignee, its successors and assigns forever,
and Assignor agrees to warrant and forever defend the title to said interests unto the said
Assignee, against every person whosoever lawfully claiming, or to claim, the same or any part
thereof by, through or under Assignor, but not otherwise,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Assignment has been executed by Assignor on July
13, 2006 but is delivered and effective as of 7:00 A. M., local time (at the location of the subject
interests, respectively) on August 1,2006.
