By this instrument dated April 28, 2006, for a valuable consideration, CHRISTOPHER R.
GRUBBS and MARCY GRUBBS, Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship do hereby
remise, release and forever quitclaim to CHRISTOPHER R. GRUBBS and L. MARCELA
GRUBBS, Co-Trustees of THE CHRISTOPHER R. and L. MARCELA GRUBBS FAMILY
TRUST, as community property with the right of survivorship, the following described real
property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Lot 4 of Fertile Acres Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective
covenants, exceptions, easements and rights of way of record,
in sight, or in use.
