DECLARATION OF COVENANTS. CONDmONS AND RESTRICTIONS
J, the undersigned owner of the above-mentioned property, do enforce the following deed
covenants, conditions, and restrictions:
1. There will be no unregistered vehicles parked outside of homes or on vacant lots.
2. There will be 110 horses allowed on .5 acre lots. Horses will be allowed on
property that is a combination of adjacent lots that totals at least 1 acre in sue.
3. There will be no manufaciured homes or temporary housing pennitted. Motor
homes can be utilized during active construction of a permanent residence.
Land owners of the above-described property are responsible to enforce all restrictions
listed above.
