WARRANTY DEED
Marie G, Walton, sole trustee of the Evan H. Walton and Marie G, Walton Living
Trust dated March 25, 1998, Grantor, for and in consideration ~f $10.00 and other good
and valuable consideration, hereby conveys and warrants to Marie G. Walton, Trustee of
the Family Subtrust created under the Evan H. Walton and Marie G. Walton Living Trust
dated March 25, 1998, whose address is 6182 Highway 238, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the
following described parcels of real estate, all of which being situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:

together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,

Family Subtrustcreated under the Evan H. Walton and Marie G, Walton Living Trust dated
March 25, 1998"and further stated that she has full authority under the trust agreement of
the said Evan H, Walton and Marie G, Walton Living Trust dated March 25, 1998, to
execute, acknowledge, and deliver the foregoing warranty deed, and acknowledged her
signature on the foregoing Warranty Deed iri the capacity indicated.

running thence North 80 rods, thence East 80 rods, thence South 80 rods, thence West 80
