ASSIGNMENT OF OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTEREST
This Assignment dated July 11,2006, from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Conservator of the Estate
of Lawrence J. Bradshaw, whose address is P.O. Box 5383 Denver, Colorado, 80217, as Assignor, does
hereby transfer, convey, set over and assign unto Drukman Properties, LLC, whose address is 835 Cox
Lane, Whitehall, Montana 59759, as Assignee, I/3'd of Assignor's overriding interest in and to all oil, gas,
casinghead gas, and other hydrocarbon substances, produced, saved and marketed ITom the following oil
and gas leases covering the lands located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming and more
particularly described, to wit:
Federal Lease W-0321442
Township 23 North. Range 112 West. 6th P.M.
Section 19: SE/4
Section 30: N/2NE/4
To have and to hold all and singular, the above described interest subject to all conditions,
restrictions and reservations of record; this conveyance being made without warranty or other assurances,
express or implied. Assignor further disclaims all personal or individual liability or responsibility herein.
Subject to all taxes, assessments and liens thereon and to all legal encumbrances existing as of the
date of the Assignment.
