The Land referred to is situated in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln
and is described as follows: A portion of NWl/4SEl/4 Section 35 T33N
Rl19W
The true point of beginning is at the iron pipe marking the Southwest corner
of the Johnson property, referred to in the Deed filed in Book 289PR, on
page 336 of said record; then N 89058'10E, along the South line of said
Johnson property, 167.28 feet to the iron pipe marking the Southeast
corner of the said Johnson property,
Thence; North along the East line of said Johnson property 260.82 feet to
iron pipe at the Northeast corner of said Johnson property, being a point in
the South line of Lot 9, of the Hyde Park Subdivision, of said records;
Thence; N89058'49" E, along the South line and extending along the South
line of Lot 8& 7 of said Hyde Park Subdivision, 239.82 feet to the East to
an iron pipe marking the corner;
Thence; South 749.51 feet to the iron pipe, marking Broadhead property
referred to in Deed filed in Book 593 page 238,
Thence; West 407 feet, along Broadhead property and the North line of the
Coziah property, to a point in the Center line of Worton Lane County Road
