HomeMy WebLinkAbout920990 0001.95 QUITCLAIM DEED David Scott Bender, a single man, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to Sue Arden Sims, a single woman, of 1733 Dwight Way, Berkeley, CA 94703, grantee, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: W1/2NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 22, T33N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. TOGETHER WITH that certain Easement dated June 10, 2003, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 12, 2003, in Book 530 PR, page 391. ALSO TOGETHER WITH a 30-foot wide, nonexclusive perpetual right-of-way easement for ingress and egress and utilities with the right to improve the easement and maintain the improvements for those purposes, described as the South 30 feet of the NE1/4NE1/4 and the South 30 feet of the E1/2NW1/4NE1/4 of said Section 22, for the benefit of the above-described real property and for the benefit of grantee and her heirs, successors and assigns. SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way of sight or record. THIS IS A FAMILY EXEMPTION CONVEYANCE UNDER W.S. 18-5-303(a)(i).
