KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the DENNIS 1. HALE and

JANICE EARHART, Husband and Wife, Managers of Hale's Valley Properties, of
Afton, Wyoming, Grantor( s), for and in consideration of Ten (10) Dollars and other
valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
and QUIT CLAIM to: GARDNER RANCH, INC., a Wyoming Corporation, Grantee(s),
the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of
the State, to-wit:
