Raver, Deceased. AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSHIP PURSUANT TO WS § 2-9-102 STATE OF WYOMING } ss. County of Teton } I, Allen J. Raver, being first duly sworn, do hereby state as follows: 1) I am an adult, competent to testify, and the surviving spouse to Margaret A. Raver; LA\ It 2) I make the following affirmations based upon my own best investigation, information and beliefs; 3) 4) I am an interested person and make this Affidavit pursuant to W.S. § 2-9-102; This affidavit relates to the following described parcel of real property situate in the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, and hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Property": Lot 47, Nordic Ranches Division Number 4, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that plat recorded August 9, 1994, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Instrument Number 787903, Plat Number 311-C. Together with an access easement for ingress and egress over the front thirty feet (30') of all lots included in all streets in Nordic' Ranches, Divisions Numbered 4 and 5 as shown on the official plats thereof and all streets in Nordic Ranches, Division Number 3 as shown on the official plat thereof, all recorded in the Lincoln County Recorders office. Further subject to a thirty foot (30') wide private roadway easement and utilities easement along the street frontage as shown on the official plat thereof as recorded in the Lincoln County Recorders office. Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent, taxes, reservations, covenants, encroachments, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements of record. 5) The Subject Property was conveyed to "Allen 1. Raver and Margaret A. Raver, as husband and wife, and Timothy 1. Raver, a married man, and Jeffrey A. Raver, a married man, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship", via that certain Warranty Deed recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on March 17, 1997, in Book 394PR at Page 824, as Instrument Number 0834656; 6) That Margaret A. Raver passed away on 1 ih day of June, 2000, and the place of last residence of Margaret A. Raver was the County of Teton, State of Wyoming. See Attached Exhibit A: Death Certificate; In Re. the Matter of the Estate of Margaret A.
