MINERAL DEED
KAREN E. SHAVER, hereinafter "Grantor", for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim
unto to KAREN E. SHAVER, as Trustee of the KAREN E. SHAVER TRUST
U/A dated July 25, 2006, of 28027 Via Tirso, Mission Viejo, CA
92692, hereinafter "Grantee", all right, title, estate and interest
owned, claimed or held by the Grantor in and to all minerals,
including oil and gas, in and under, and that may be produced from
the following described lands situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
including but not limited to all of the royalties due Grantor or to
become due from the oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances that
may be produced, saved and sold from such lands, to-wit:
