OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, a Utah corporation sole, Grantor, of Salt Lake County, and State of
Utah, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS,
only against acts of itself and none other or against all claiming by, through or under it, to REX K.
RADFORD, TRUSTEE OF PROJECT VENTURES INCORPORATED PROFIT SHARING PLAN
DATED JUNE 1,2006, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 5023, Etna, Wyoming, the following
described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 20 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 12, Lincoln county, Wyoming as described on
the official plat filed on August 10,1977 as instrument No. 196703 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent,
current taxes and assessments, reservations, easements, rights of way,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, zoning matters, liens, and encumbrances and
all other matters of record or enforceable in law or equity.
The Grantor specifically reserves all minerals, coal, carbons, hydrocarbons, oil,
gas, chemical elements and compounds, whether in solid, liquid or gaseous
form, and all steam and other forms of thermal energy on, in or under the
above-described land provided that Grantor does not reserve the right to use
the subject property or extract minerals or other substances from the subject

property above a depth of200 feet, nor does Grantor reserve the right to use the
surface of the subject property in connection with the rights reserved herein.

corporation sole, who acknowledged to me that he signed the foregoing instrument as Authorized
Agent for said corporation, that the seal impressed on the within instrument is the seal of said
