RELEASE OF REAL EST A TE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August 2,
2005, executed by Tom Hansen and Tamara L. Hansen, Husband and Wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of$23,491.00,
which mortgage was recorded in the office ofthe County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 9th of August, 2005, in Book 593 of Mortgages, at
Page 692 as Document number 910729 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release ofR'eal Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 8th day of
August, 2006.
