considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:
Donald Dewitt Gilmore and Ellen Miller Gilmore Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants
grantee, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2428, PMB # 9825, Pensacola, FL 32513 the
following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
Lots 2006 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT ONE, SECOND FILING
as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way
of record, of sight or in use.
