WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that THOMAS W. LADANYE
aka THOMAS A. LADANYE and VIOLET A. LADANYE, husband and wife, tenants by the

DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to MARK VALENTINE and TORRIE
VALENTINE, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box' 13 , Afton,Wyoming
8311 a, Grantees, and their heirs and assigns forever, the following described property situated in
Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:

Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject to all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and rights of way
of sight or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the reference Spike marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel
PLS 5368, 1992 location for the Southwest corner of said SW~~¡
