RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
¡KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of January 15,
2004, and executed by Steven B. Rich and Dorlene R. Rich, Husband and Wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $40,000.00,
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lmcoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 28th of January,2004, in Book 546PR of Mortgages,
at Page 876, as document number 896933 and pertaining to the following described real estate in
said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
