QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. That Arnold O. Baxter, of Thayne, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants

contained herein, conveys and quitclaims unto Arnold O. Baxter, as Trustee, for the uses and
purposes set forth in the Arnold O. Baxter Family Trust between Grantor and Trustee, dated
July 19, 2006, grantee, of PO Box 519, Thayne, WY 83127, forever, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as he has or ought to have, in or to all the following
described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Beginning at a point N13°20'E, 2375' from the SW Corner of Section 12, T33N,
R119W, and running thence N90oW, 39 rods; thence NooE, 21 rods; thence
: N90oE. 42.5 rods; thence S6°40'W along the old west R.O.W. U.S. 89, 21.3
, rods, to the point of beginning, containing 5.35 acres more or less; also a right-
of-way easement beginning at a point N13°20'E, 2375 feet from the SW Corner
of Section 12, T33N, R119W, and running thence N900E to new U.S. 89
highway, thence extending on rod to the South thereof and two rods West of
East property line.
i Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
