PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star V alley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date ofSeptmeber
27,2004, made and executed by Western Land and Homes, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability
Company as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien
on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $640,000.00, which mortgage
was recorded in the office ofthe County Clerk and Ex -Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 27th day of September 2004, in book 568 PR of Mortgages, at Page
255 as document # 903117 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:
"Unit 2 of Moose Run Condominiums, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat recorded in
the Office ofthe Lincoln County Clerk on September 22,2004, as Plat No. 361-B."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is partially paid, satisfied atid released,
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said
mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

! IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Partial Relea~e of Real
Estate Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this~ day of
