QUITCLAIM DEED
Jon R. Horton aka John (Jon) Robert Horton of Colorado Springs, Colorado, grantor, for
the consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Jack (Jac) Milton Horton, of PO Box 264, Afton, WY 83110, for
an undivided one-third (1/3) interest, Beatrice Ann (Stormy) Horton Burns, for an undivided one-
third (1/3) interest, Kristy Elaine Horton Alexander of PO Box 97, Tecumseh, OK 74873, for an
undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest, and Todd A, Horton of 320 Genoa, Redwood City, CA 94065,
for an undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest, all as tenants in common, grantees, all interest in the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming (being an
undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest):
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Block 13 of the Townsite of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and running thence East along the South boundary line of said
Block 13, 7 rods; thence North on a line perpendicular to the South boundary line of
said Block 13, 6 2/3 rods; thence West on a line parallel to said South boundary line,
7 rods, more or less, to the West Boundary line of said Block 13; thence South along
said West boundary line, 6 2/3 rods, more or less, to the point of beginning, together
with water rights and improvements.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under· and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
