In accordance with Statues W.S. 34-12-102 and W.S. 34-12-
103, we, Donald Holdaway and Doris Holdaway, trustees for
the Revocable Living Trust of Donald M. Holdaway and Doris
M. Holdaway whose address is 5507 East Fifteenth Avenue,
Spokane, Washington 99212 being duly sworn on oath
according to law do hereby make the following statement of
facts and affirm:
That we are the owners and proprietors of real property
shown on the Plat prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates
and referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 532PR, on Page
289, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within HES 65 of Section 30, T35N, R118W, of the
6th P,M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the Subdivision from this property is with our free
consent and desires.
That the name of the subdivision shall be Star Valley Ranch
Plat Eight Second Filing, the Metes and Bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East line of said HES 65, said
Point of Beginning, being 271.28 feet S0028'21"E, along the
East line of said HES 65, from the A. D. Davis 1916
location for the Northeast Corner of said HES 65;
