acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:
A parcel of land being part of Cumberland Street (originally East Fifth Street) and
located along the south side of the east half of Block 14 of the TQwn of
Diamondville, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows: .
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 10, Block 14 of the Town of
Diamondville, Wyoming; thence N78°56'E along the south boundary line of said
Lot 10, a distance of 140.0 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 10; thence
S11°04'E, a distance of 26.00 feet; thence S56°18'05'W, a distance of 76.60
feet; thence S78°56'W, a distance of 69.30 feet; thence N11 °04'W, a distance of
55.40 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 6716.71 square feet
more or less
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
