CORRECTIVE QUITCLAIM DEED
Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson, husband and wife, grantors, Lincoln County, and
State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT
to Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson, trustees of the Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust
Declaration under agreement dated December 1, 1999, grantees, whose address is 187 Jefferson
Street, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83110, the following-described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:

Beginning at a point South West Comer oflot (2), in Block (3) of the
Townsite of Afton, and running thence North 145 feet, thence East
330 feet, thence South 15 feet, thence East 110 feet, thence South 130
feet, thence West 440 feet to the point of beginning, together with
improvements and water-rights.
and the said grantor hereby covenants with the said grantees that grantor is lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and grantor warrants the title thereto against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and
encumbrances of record.
This Quitclaim Deed corrects the Quitclaim Deed fIled at Book 396PR, Page 61 of the
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. The previous Quitclaim Deed failed to properly define
the trust as required by Wyo. Stat. § 34-2-122.
