SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (fka Countrywide Funding Corporation), the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by
DENNIS J HEALEY, LYNDA M HEALEY
to COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC bearing date 10/15/2002, recorded 11/13/2002 in Official
Records Book N/A, Page N/A, Document No. 885556 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN
County, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $30,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises
land obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby
iacknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as
Icanceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 08 day of August, 2006.
