Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That KHF Builders, Inc., a
Wyoming corporation, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does
release and forever quitclaim unto Frank Krachik, sole owner, whose address
is PO Box 311, Thayne, WY 83127, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as the corporation may have or ought to have, in
and to the following described premises to-wit:
Lot 99 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
