Robert T. Mori, GmTY L. Mori and Carol Dean, of lawful age, being first duly sworn
upon their oaths according to law, depose and say:
1, That Georgia M. Mori, died testate at Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
on July 10, 2006,
2, That on the 26th day of May, 2006, Georgia M, Mori, Robert T. Mori, Garry
L. Mori and Carol Dean, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, acquired the following
described real property from Georgia M, Mori, a single person:
Lot Numbered Three (3), in Block Numbered Four (4), in the Willow
Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming
And
Lots Numbered One (l) and Two (2) of Block Numbered Four (4), in the
Willow Addition of the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
surveyed, platted and recorded
3. That Georgia M, Mori, a single person, duly and regularly executed a
Quitclaim Deed dated May 26,2005, in favor of Georgia M, Mori, Robert T. Mori, Garry L.
Mori and Carol Dean, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, Grantees, which
Quitclaim Deed was filed for record in the office of the County Clerk within and for Lincoln
County, Wyoming, on the 26th day of May, 2005 in Book 586, Page 337.
4. That at the time of said acquisition, and the execution and delivery of the
above-described Quitclaim Deed, the conveyance of the real property hereinabove described
was made to Georgia M, Mori, Robert T. Mori, Garry L. Mori and Carol Dean, as joint
tenants with rights of survivorship, which created a joint tenancy with rights of survivorship,
and they owned and held the title to said real property as such joint tenants with rights of
survivorship continuously from said May 26, 2005 until the death of Georgia M, Mori on
July 10, 2006 at Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
5. That Robert T. Mori, Garry L. Mori and Carol Dean survived Georgia M.
Mori, and by virtue thereot~ said joint tenancy with rights of survivorship vested in them
upon the death of said Georgia M. Mori and that they then became the owners in fee simple
of all the real property held as such joint tenants with rights of survivorship hereinbefore
particularly described,
10. That this affidavit is made in accordance with the provisions of Section 2-9-
102 of the Wyoming Statutes, and that the Certificate of Death hereunto annexed, and by
this reference made a part of this affidavit, is a copy of the official death certificate of the
decedent, Georgia M, Mori, celiified to by the public authority in which such original death
certificate is made of record.
