Limited Power of Attorney
KNOWN by all these presents that I, John Andrew Zebre, Co-Executor of the
Estate of Frances Dryden Zebre, have made, constituted and appointed and by
these presents do make and constitute and appoint George Dryden Zebre of
Rock Springs, Wyoming, my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name,
place and stead for my use and benefit as follows:
To execute any and all documents necessary for the sale of,
including, but not limited to, Affidavits, Warranty Deeds, Settlement
Statements, W-9's, Contracts, Agreements and Requests for
Payoffs, or any Documents which require a Seller Signature, for
following described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming
described as follows:
Legal Description:
The central one-third (1/3) of Lots Numbered Five (5) and Six (6) of the
Block Numbered Three (3) of the Original Town of Kemmerer, County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded, and being
a rectangular tract of land fronting forty-six and two-thirds (46 2/3) feet on
Emerald Street, and extending at right angles to Emerald Street One
Hundred (100) feet
Known as: 418 Emerald Street
Kemmerer, WY 83101
Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney to do and perform
all and every act whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
above stated premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as the signer might and
could do if pers9nally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming that said
attorney shall laWfully do or cause to be done in the above stated premises by
virtue of these presents.
