Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Brandon R. Southwick and Launee L. Southwick
Husband and Wife
Grantees, whose mailing address is 418 Emerald Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to-wit:
The central one-third (1/3) of Lots Numbered Five (5) and Six (6) of the Block
Numbered Three (3) of the Original Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded, and being a rectangular tract of
land fronting forty-six and two-thirds (46 2/3) feet on Emerald Street, and
extending at right angles to Emerald Street One Hundred (100) feet
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight
or in use.
