John Ferris and Martha E. Ferris, husband and wife, of Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars and Other Good and Valuable Consideration

in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM TO:
M.E. Ferris and John Ferris, Trustees of the M.E. Ferris Living Trust, dated
July 12,2006, and any amendments thereto,
whose address is P.O. Box 764, Thayne, Lincoln County, and the State of Wyoming, GRANTEE,
all of our right, title and interest, including after-acquired title, in and to the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
PARCEL 1:
./ Lot 13 Prater Canyon Estates Unit F our as platted and recorded in the official records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming;
PARCEL 2:
Lot 10 of Southbrook Ranches Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according
to that plat filed September 5, 1990 as Plat Nos. 335-1 and 335-2 in the office of
sight and/or record;
PARCEL 3:
TRACT A, to-wit: That part of the SY2, Section 15, T. 36 N., R. 119 W., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly described that tract of record
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 335 of Photostatic Records on
page 582, as follows:

Beginning at a point on a circular curve to the right whose radius point bears N.
89°31 '47" W., 5779.55 feet, on the easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89,
N. 88°59'19" W.,273.58 feet from a brass cap marking the SW comer of the Broken
Wheel Ranch Subdivision of record in said Office as Plat No. 117, said point of
beginning also being S. 88°59'29" E., 1450.92 feet, from the west '(.¡ comer of said
Section 15; thence southerly 198.61 feet, along the arc of said curve through a central
angle of 01°58'08" with a radius of5779.55 feet, to Station PC 1126+57 2250 feet
RT; thence S. 02°16'20" W., 451.62 feet, along said right-of-way line to a point;
thence S. 89°01 '02" E., 610.00 feet to a point; thence N. 02°08'10" E., 650.00 feet
to a point on the south line of said Subdivision; Thence N. 89°00' 18" W., 336.42
feet, along said south line, 10 the SW comer of said Subdivision; thence N. 88°59'19"
W.,173.58 feet to the Point of Beginning; Encompassing an areaof9.08 acres, more
or less; the BASE BEARING for this survey is the north line of the Dell Creek
Ranches, a Subdivision of record in said Office as Plat No. 338, being S. 87°17'40"
E; each "point" and " station" marked by a 5/8" X14" steel reinforcing rod with a2"
aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBELLTD AFTON WY PLS 5368",
with appropriate details; each "brass cap" marked by a 2" galvanized steel pipe with
brass cap inscribed "NELSON ENGINEERING PE & RLS 578" with appropriate
details found; each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed in the
Office ofthe Clerk of Lincoln County; all in accordance with the plat prepared to be
filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County titled, "DOYLE R. VAUGHAN
AND DIANAK. VAUGHAN PLAT OF TRACT WITHIN THE S~ SECTION 15
T 36 N, R 119 W, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING" dated 22 October 1999;
