Affidavit of Vacation
Vacating the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for
Rocky Point Condominiums
In accordance with Paragraphs 34-12-108 through 110 of Wyoming Statutes, 2005, as
amended, we the undersigned Geoffrey Imlay and Deborah Imlay, husband and wife, of
P.O. Box 1426 Thayne, Wyoming 83127, give notice and desire to vacate the Declaration
of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Rocky Point Condominiums recorded in
Book 624 Page 34 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
The undersigned Atïìants, being duly sworn according to law do hereby makes the
following statement of facts and affirm:
That we are the original owners and developer of all the lands included within the
said Rocky Point Condominiums;
The Affiants hereby vacate the said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions, and respectfully request that the Lincoln County Clerk make the appropriate
annotation on said declaration to reflect the vacation.
