SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
CARL GARY STROTH, HOLLY GEORGE STROTH
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. bearing date 09/16/2005, recorded 09/2012005 in Official
Records Book 598, Page 384, Document No. 912035 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County,
Wyoming, securing a certain note .in the principal sum of $240,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises and
obligations set forth .in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated .in said State and County, hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk .in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 10 day of August, 2006.
