6. J>reserv.ation, MBintenance .and .Protection of the .Property; Inspections. Borrower.shall not
destroy, damage or impair the Fmperty, .allow the Froperty to deteriorlite or commit wliSte on the Property. Whether
or not Borrower is residing in -the Property, Borrower .shall maintain the .Property in order to prevent the Property
::from deterioniting or decreliSÌng in vAlue due to its condition. Unless it is detennined pursuant to Section.4 :thlit
repair or restorntion is not economically feliSible, Borrower .shall promptly repair the Froperty if damaged to llVOID
:further deteriorlition or damage. If insurnnce or cnnnp.mnation proceeds Me paid in connection with dæruige to, or
the Uiking of, the Froperty, Borrower .shall be responsible for rep1iÍring or restoring the Property only if Lender has

gave materially false, misleading, or inaccurate infonnation or stlitements to Lender (or failed to provide Lender

representations concerning Borrower's OCCUPliDCY of the Froperty as Borrower's principal residence .and (b) liens on
