Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good
and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

Grantee, whose mailing address is PO Box 23, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemptio~ laws of the State to-wit:
A portion of Block 11 of the Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision of the City of
Kemmerer, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the north radius point of the southwest corner of said Block 11;

593.58 feet to the point of beginning of the description; thence continuing
NOOoOO'OO"W along the west boundary of said Block 11 a distance of 449.47 feet
to the point of curvature of a curve to the right; thence along the arc of said curve
to the right through a central angle of 90°00'00" a distance of 31.42 feet to the
point of tangency; the radius of said curve being 20.00 feet; thence N90000'OO"E
along the north boundary of said Block 11 a distance of 146.42 feet to the point
of curvature of a curve to the right, thence along said curve to the right of radius
of which is 329.66 feet through a central angle of 24°00'00" a distance of 138.09
feet, to the point of tangency, thence S66°00'00"E a distance of 9.40 feet to the
point of curvature of a curve to the right; thence along said curve to the right, the
radius of which is 20.00 feet, through a central angle of 83°24'04" a distance of
29.11 feet to the point of tangency, which point of tangency is the part of
curvature of a curve to the left, thence along said curve to the left, the radius of
which is 439.00 feet; through a central angle of 1 r23'04" a distance of 133.20
feet along the east boundary of said Block 11 to the point of tangency; thence

Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
