A signed original and one copy of each assigmnent must be filed with tbe Wyoming Stale Land and Farm Loan Office. 4. Each assignment, if approved, is re~:ognlzed by the State as effective as of the date of approval b~, the Director. Adequate b:md must be fi~mished covering any and all prodoctive zones prior to approval of any assignment of interest in an operating State oil and gas lease, wbefl~er wellbores exist on the leased lands or not, and :,n no case can drilling operations including to prospectively prodnctive zones nnder operating leases, begin witbont a bond first being in place. , 5.
