GRANTEE(S), whose address is 2126 Wyoming Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. 20008 for the sum
ofTeh Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the following described real estate, situate in
Linco:h1 County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:

Lot 44 of Alpine Meadows Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed August
23,2005 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 206-A.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
And further subject to a restriction on resale of the above-described real property, prohibiting transfer
from Grantee(s) to a person or entity other than Grantee's family member, or a trust or company owned
or controlled by Grantee(s). Such restriction on resale shall automatically terminate on the earlier of:
(a) August 22,2007; or (b) the date on which the Grantor has conveyed to a third party or third parties
eighty percent (80%) of the residential lots located within the Alpine Meadows Subdivision
(collectively, the "Hold Period"). This resale restriction shall not apply if a completed residence has
been constructed such that a certificate of occupancy has been granted for the residential improvement
by Lincoln County, Wyoming on the above described property prior to the expiration of the Hold
Period. Any'transfer of the above described real property in violation of the resale restriction shall be
null and void.
